ENIGMA 360°
Digital signature

Every signature, with proof

An audit trail that records every action on the document, and a verification code that checks that the document in your hands is exactly the one that was signed.

What gets recorded

Everything from the moment the document is sent until it is signed.

Sending

When and to whom the document was sent.

Opening

When the signer opened the link.

Verification

A one-time code to the signer's phone.

Signature

When each party signed.

Declined or canceled

With the reason, if one was given.

Completion

A signed copy and a signature certificate.

A check anyone can run

On the verification page, enter the code from the signature certificate and see whether the document is authentic and intact. You can also check a file against the original, and the check runs on your own device.

  • The document is authentic and intact
  • The document is genuine but not yet fully signed
  • An alert when the file differs from the original

How it works

  1. The document is signed

And the audit trail is closed.

  2. A certificate is created

    With a verification code.

  3. Verify

On the verification page, whenever you need to.

Why it matters

A signature is only worth as much as your ability to prove it. When a customer claims they did not sign, or that the document was changed, the audit trail shows when it was sent, when it was opened, which phone the signer verified with and when they signed. The digital fingerprint shows that the document has not changed since.

Questions people ask

Who can verify a document?

Anyone who has the verification code from the signature certificate.

Is the file sent to a server during the check?

No. Checking a file against the original runs on your device, and the file is not sent anywhere.
