What is on an invoice
Enough for a clear bill, and no more.
The customer
Choose an existing customer or add a new one while you write the invoice.
Up to 50 lines
A description, a quantity and a unit price for each line.
One tax rate
A percentage for the whole invoice, from 0 to 50.
Dates
The invoice date, and a due date that is filled in from your payment days.
A note to the customer
Up to 1,000 characters under the lines.
A number of its own
Your prefix and a running number, given when the invoice is issued.

Copy the link, send it on WhatsApp from your connected line, open an email in your mail app with the message written, or open the invoice and print it to PDF.

You always know where it stands
Draft, awaiting payment, viewed, overdue, paid or cancelled. The list filters by status and searches by customer or number.

Good to know
An issued invoice cannot be edited: to correct it, cancel it and issue a new one. There is no discount field and no tax per line, so write a discount as a line of its own. Email is sent from your own mail app; the system itself does not send email.

Does the customer need an account?
No. The link opens the invoice directly.
In which language does the customer see the invoice?
In English or in Hebrew, by the setting of your account at the time of issue.
Can I download a PDF?
Yes. The invoice page has a Print or save as PDF button, for you and for the customer.
