Questions people ask before they start
Do I need a new phone number?
No. You connect a number you already use on WhatsApp. Many businesses connect a dedicated line for campaigns and keep their personal number separate.
How is a line connected?
You scan a QR code from the WhatsApp app on your phone, in Linked devices, the same way you open WhatsApp Web. No app is installed on the phone.
Is this the official WhatsApp Business API?
No. ENIGMA360 links to your own WhatsApp account as a linked device. It is an independent product, not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta, and WhatsApp may restrict accounts that send messages people did not ask for. Message only people who agreed to hear from you.
What does the bot know?
Only what you write for it. Each line has its own description and its own way of talking. If a question is not covered, the bot says a person will get back to the customer.
What happens when I answer a customer myself?
The bot stays quiet with that customer for the time you set, from half an hour to a full day, so it never talks over you.
What is a credit?
One bot answer or one assistant answer. Every plan includes 100 credits for each month, and more can be bought in packs. An answer that was not sent is not charged.
How do I pay?
By PayPal, by credit card through PayPal, or by bank transfer in US dollars.
Can I connect my own system?
