Our policy

Global ledas consulting, LLC offers a full refund for any ENIGMA 360° purchase if you request it within 14 days of the payment. No reason is needed.

How to request a refund

Our orders are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund, go to paddle.net and find your order, or write to support@enigma360.net and we will arrange it.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time. After cancellation the plan stays active until the end of the paid period and does not renew.

Your consumer rights

This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer law.
