Choose how it was paid and on which date: PayPal, bank transfer, check, credit card, cash or other.
The reminders stop
When an invoice is marked as paid, the customer is not reminded again.

The reminders stop and the numbers on top are updated.
Good to know
A PayPal payment is not updated on its own: when the money arrives you mark the invoice as paid. Reminders need a connected WhatsApp line and a phone number on the customer. Card payment through Stripe is being added. Partial payments are not recorded.
Questions people ask
Do I need a PayPal business account?
You need a PayPal.Me link. The button on the invoice opens it with the amount.
Will the customer get reminders forever?
No. Two at most, 3 and 7 days after the due date.
Can customers pay by bank transfer?
Yes, outside the system. You then mark the invoice as paid by bank transfer.
Does the system know when PayPal was paid?
Not today. You mark the payment when the money arrives.
