An automatic receipt to the customer.

Close the deal on the same call

The rep ends the call, sends a link, and the customer pays before they forget.

  • No asking for card details over the phone
  • No terminal
  • Payment documented on the record

How it works

  1. Open the customer record

Or one of their open invoices.

  2. Create a link

    Amount, description and expiration.

  3. Send

In WhatsApp or SMS, and see when the payment comes in.

Why a link beats the phone

When you ask a customer for card details over the phone, some customers hesitate, and the business has to protect that information. With a payment link, the customer enters the details themselves, on the payment processor's secure page, whenever it suits them. The business keeps only a confirmation that the payment went through.

A link for an existing invoice

When a customer has an open invoice, you create a payment link from it for the balance. When the customer pays, a receipt is recorded and the invoice is closed. Collection tracking turns from a list of debts into a list of links you sent.

Status for every link

For every link you see whether it was sent, whether it was paid and when. A link that is still unpaid after a few days is a sign to follow up with the customer, and the rep sees it on the record without checking the bank account.

Common questions

Does the customer need to install anything?

No. The link opens in the phone's browser.

Can I send the same link more than once?

Yes, as long as it is still valid and has not been paid.
