Good to know

The bot does not collect donations on the call and does not ask for credit card details. It sends a donation link or connects the donor to a team member. The nonprofit is responsible for consent from the people on the list and for following calling rules.

Won't this feel cold to donors?

The bot introduces itself as a digital assistant and speaks on behalf of your organization, in the tone you write. You hear every call and improve the script.

Can we run thank-you calls without asking for a donation?

Yes. The script sets the purpose of the call, so you can build a campaign that is only a thank-you and an update.

What happens if someone asks not to be called again?

They are marked "do not call" and skipped in every future campaign.

Is the donation link sent on WhatsApp?

The bot logs the request, and the system sends the link on WhatsApp or by email, based on your settings.
