The service

ENIGMA360 is software operated by Global ledas consulting, LLC that lets a business send messages to its own contacts, run an automated assistant on its lines and connect other systems through an API.

Your account

You are responsible for the people who use your account and for keeping your sign-in details private. One account serves one business.

Acceptable use

You may message only people who gave you their number and agreed to receive messages from you. You must respect every request to stop. You may not send unlawful, deceptive or harassing content, and you must follow the laws that apply to you and to the people you message, including marketing and privacy laws.

Third-party platforms

The service connects to your own messaging account. ENIGMA360 is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta. Those platforms set their own rules and may limit or close an account that breaks them. We are not responsible for such actions.

Plans and payment

Plans are paid in advance in US dollars for the period you choose. Bot credits are bought separately and used per answer. Prices on the pricing page apply at the time of purchase.

Refunds

If the service did not work for you, write to us within 14 days of a payment and we will review a refund for the unused period.

Availability

We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Features may change as the product develops.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.

Ending the service

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
