From the invoice to the money

The customer opens a link, sees the invoice and presses Pay now with PayPal. When the money arrives you mark the invoice as paid, and the reminders stop.

Good to know

ENIGMA Invoice works in US dollars only and issues invoices only: no quotes, receipts or credit notes. It is not a tax-authority system: it does not issue Israeli tax invoices or allocation numbers and does not calculate US sales tax, so check with your accountant what your business must issue. Payment by PayPal is not updated on its own; card payment through Stripe is being added.

Who is ENIGMA Invoice for?

How does the customer pay?

With the Pay now with PayPal button on the invoice, which opens your PayPal link with the amount. You can also record a bank transfer, a check, a card or cash.

Can an issued invoice be edited?

No. An issued invoice gets a number and is locked. To correct it you cancel it and issue a new one.
