At the end of the month the accountant asks for the invoices, and during the month several people touch them. ENIGMA Invoice gives the accountant one file, and each person the access that fits the job.

What is in the file

One row for an invoice, with the columns an accountant looks for.

The number, the customer, the company and the email.

The date of issue and the due date.

Subtotal, tax and total.

Status

Whether the invoice was paid.

Three permissions for an agent

A manager does everything. For an agent you tick what fits the job.

  • Sees invoices: view only
  • Issues and sends: creates, issues, sends and cancels, and manages customers and retainers
  • Marks payment: marks an invoice as paid, and takes the mark back

One team across the systems

ENIGMA Invoice uses the same account, the same users and the same WhatsApp lines as WA Sender, and customers of ENIGMA CRM enter it from the CRM in one click.

  • Users are added by email
  • Settings are for managers only
  • Entry from the CRM without another password

How it works

  1. Add your people

    By email, as a manager or as an agent with permissions.

  2. Work during the month

    Each person does their part.

  3. Export at the end

    Choose the dates and send the file to the accountant.

Good to know

The export is a CSV file with headings in English that opens in Excel, with up to 5,000 invoices in one file. The number of users is set by your plan. The file is a list of your invoices and not a tax report.

Questions people ask

In which format is the export?

CSV, which opens in Excel and in every accounting tool that imports files.

Can my bookkeeper sign in?

Yes. Add them as an agent who sees invoices, and they will not be able to change anything.

Can an agent change the business details or the PayPal link?

No. Settings and users are open to managers only.

Is there a report by customer?

Not today. The list searches by customer, and the export gives you the rows to sum as you like.
