Voice bot for sales and telemarketing call centers
In a call center, most of your reps' hours go to dialing, voicemail and "not interested." The bot makes the first call to the whole list, and your reps start the morning with leads who already said they are interested.
Campaign: this week's leads
Sales and telemarketing call centers: what the bot solves
Reps stuck on manual dialing
The bot dials, listens and filters. Your reps work on what's left.
Hiring and rep turnover
The bot doesn't quit, doesn't get tired and delivers the script the way you wrote it, on every call.
No visibility into calls
Every call is recorded, transcribed and scored, with a daily report by campaign.
What the bot covers on the call
You write the questions. The bot asks them one by one, listens to each answer and responds to it.
- Whether the lead remembers the inquiry and wants to hear more
- Your screening questions, one after another
- Who makes the decision
- When it's convenient for a rep to call back
What you get
A score for every lead
Every call gets a score from 1 to 5. Leads scored 4 and 5 are your hot leads, and they go to the top of the list.
Summary, transcript and recording
Every call is saved with a short summary, the full transcript and the recording, so you can hear exactly what was said.
Everything in the CRM
The lead goes into ENIGMA CRM with its source, stage and history. From there you follow up on WhatsApp, by email or by phone.
How it works for you
Train a bot for each campaign
Script, objections and what turns a call into a lead.
Load your lists
Each file is saved with its date and how much of it has already been dialed.
Your reps work the 4s and 5s
With the recording and summary, and without dialing the whole list.
Good to know
Dialing pace, calling hours and retry attempts are set per campaign. The call center is responsible for consent from the people on the list, for telemarketing laws and for Do Not Call lists. Read the guide on automated calling and the law and consult an attorney.
Common questions
How many calls go out at the same time?
You set a pace of new calls per minute, and the report shows how many were made. Increase the pace gradually to keep your lines in good standing.
Can we run several campaigns with different scripts?
Yes. Each campaign has its own bot, script and list, and the report breaks down results by campaign and by bot.
What about numbers flagged as spam?
Calls go out from the client's own numbers, and a flagged number is replaced. A respectful call with a clear introduction lowers the chance of being flagged.
Does the bot identify itself as a bot?
Yes. The bot says it is a digital assistant right at the start, so no one feels misled.
Want to hear the bot talk about your business?
Open an account, upload a script and a lead file, and hear a real call before you start a campaign.
