What we collect

Account details (email, business name), the contacts and lists you upload, the messages sent and received through your lines, and payment records. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never reach us.

How we use it

To run the service for you: send your messages, show you results, answer through your bot and bill your account. We do not sell your data or your contacts, and we do not message your contacts for our own purposes.

Your contacts

You decide who is on your lists and you are responsible for their consent. A contact who asks to stop is marked and is not messaged again from your account.

AI processing

When the bot or the assistant answers, the relevant message text is sent to our AI provider to produce the answer.

Service providers

We use hosting, database, AI and payment providers that process data on our behalf.

Keeping and deleting

Your data is kept while your account is active. Write to us to export or delete your account data.
