What goes into a campaign

Everything is on one screen, and nothing goes out before you press send.

Recipients three ways

A saved list, numbers you type or paste, or an Excel or CSV file.

Up to five versions

Write several wordings. The recipients are split evenly between them, and the report compares how many read each one.

The name of the contact

One tag puts the name of each person into the message.

One attachment

An image, an MP4 video or a PDF of up to 16 MB.

Now, later or a draft

Send at once, set a date and an hour, or save the campaign as a draft.

A preview on a phone

You see the message as the recipient will, with an estimate of how long the sending takes.

The pace is yours

For each line you set how many messages it sends in a day, how many seconds pass between two messages, and between which hours it sends. A campaign can be paused and continued.

A report you can act on

Each campaign shows the total, what is waiting, and what was sent, delivered, read and failed. Messages that failed are listed with the reason.

  1. Choose the list and the line

    One line sends each campaign.

  2. Write the message

    Add versions, the name tag and an attachment if you need them.

  3. Send or schedule

    Follow the report while the campaign goes out.

Good to know

A campaign goes only to contacts whose list was marked as having agreed to receive messages. ENIGMA 360° WA Sender connects to your own WhatsApp account as a linked device. It is not the official WhatsApp Business API, and WhatsApp may restrict an account that sends messages people did not ask for.

Questions people ask

How many messages can I send in a day?

You set the number for each line, up to the daily limit of your account. A slow, steady pace is safer for your number than a burst.

How long can a message be?

Up to 1,500 characters.

Can I send from several numbers?

Yes. Connect several lines and choose which line sends each campaign.

What happens to people who asked to stop?

A contact who was removed is skipped, also in a campaign that is already on its way.
