Your customer list, clean and ready to send to

Bring contacts in from a spreadsheet, by pasting numbers, or straight from the phone you connected. Every import records how consent was given, and a person who asks to stop is never messaged again.

Three ways in

Whatever state your list is in today, there is a way to bring it in.

Excel or CSV

Upload a file and choose the phone column and the name column. The system suggests them from the headings.

Paste or type

One number on each line, with a name if you have one.

From the connected phone

Pull the contacts and the chats of a connected line, without groups.

Consent on every import

You mark whether the people on the list agreed to receive messages, and write where the consent came from.

Clean numbers

Duplicates are merged, and rows that are not a valid number are counted and left out.

Lists from a selection

Search, tick the contacts you want and make a list from them. Download the contacts to a spreadsheet.

Consent comes first

A list marked "not known" is kept in the system, but campaigns are not sent to it. The date and the source of the consent stay with the contact.

  • Agreed, or not known, for every import
  • The source of the consent in your words
  • A contact that already exists keeps its earlier consent

One word to leave

A contact who answers with a single word such as "stop", "remove" or "unsubscribe" is marked as removed, and messages that were waiting for them are skipped.

  • Works in English and in Hebrew
  • The removed status shows on the contact
  • Removed contacts are skipped in every campaign

How it works

  1. Bring the contacts in

A file, pasted numbers or the phone itself.

  2. Mark the consent

Agreed or not known, and where it came from.

  3. Build your lists

Search, select and save a list for the next campaign.

Good to know

You decide who is on your lists and you are responsible for their consent. Removal by one word works for people who are in your contacts.

Questions people ask

Which files can I upload?

CSV, XLSX and XLS.

Do I have to write numbers in international format?

Numbers are cleaned of spaces and signs when they are loaded. Write the country code for numbers outside Israel; local Israeli numbers are completed on their own.

Can I take the contacts out again?

Yes. The contacts download to a spreadsheet with the name, the phone and the status.

Are WhatsApp groups imported?

No. Pulling from the phone brings contacts and chats, without groups.
