ENIGMA 360°
Voice Bot

Every lead gets a score, and you see why

Lead rating is the screen your sales people work from. It shows who is hot, who is open and who waits for a decision, with the summary the bot wrote, the whole conversation and the call itself.

Lead rating in ENIGMA Voice Bot: every lead by the score the bot gave it

Five scores, four colours

You write what makes a call a lead. The bot scores by it.

5: a hot lead

Ready now. Call first.

4: an open lead

Interested, and worth a call back.

3: needs a decision

The bot was not sure. A person reads the summary and decides.

1 and 2: not a lead

Only recorded, so nothing is lost.

The sales funnel

Leads in the system, the bot called, had a conversation, rating 4, rating 5, with the percentage at every step.

To call again

A list of its own for leads that asked for another time.

What you see on a lead

The score, the name and the phone, when the last call was and how long, the columns that came with the file, and the summary of the bot.

  • The full conversation, written as a chat
  • A play button to listen to the call
  • Call now, or open WhatsApp to that number
  • Move a lead: qualified, call again, not a lead

Take the leads with you

Each view downloads to a spreadsheet with the transcripts, and a report with your leads and their full conversations is ready to print or to save as PDF.

  • A tab for every score
  • Each step of the funnel opens its own leads
  • A branded report with the transcripts

How it works

  1. The bot finishes a call

It writes a summary and gives a score.

  2. The lead lands in its tab

4 and 5 are qualified, 3 waits for you, 1 and 2 are recorded.

  3. Your team picks up

Read, listen, call, and move the lead on.

Good to know

The score is the judgement of an AI by what you wrote in the training, and it can be wrong. That is why score 3 waits for a person, and why the conversation and the recording are next to every score. The Call and WhatsApp buttons open the phone and the WhatsApp of the person who presses them.

Questions people ask

Who decides what a good lead is?

You. In the training you write what makes a call a lead, and the bot scores each call by it.

Can I change a score the bot gave?

You can move a lead yourself: to qualified, to call again, to not a lead, or back to waiting.

Is every call recorded?

Every answered call is kept with its recording and its transcript, and has a play button.

Can my sales people see only the leads?

Yes. An agent sees leads, lead rating and reports, and does not see training, campaigns or billing.
